Police in Waterbury say a man has been charged with murder in the death of a 16-year-old girl.
The victim is being identified as Evelyse Santiago.
She was found dead Monday about 10 p.m. in a vehicle that had crashed.
Santiago just transferred to Wilby High School from Crosby High.
According to police, Santiago was in a relationship with her alleged killer, Dominique Pittman.
