Bradley International Airport says the new airline "Breeze Airways" will begin service to and from Windsor Locks next week.
Breeze is offering nonstop flights to Charleston, Columbus, Norfolk Virginia and Pittsburgh.
Flights to Charleston begin next week, with the rest beginning July 22.
