City officials say 25-year-old RJ Demers is a beloved member of the community and they wanted to show him their love and support at this difficult time.
They say 89-year-old Elvin Turner was a proud U.S. Army veteran who passed away at home, leaving his grandson "heartbroken."
RJ tells News 12 that he's grateful for the outpouring of love and support from the community.
