Bridgeport officials say a city councilman is facing more ballot tampering charges this morning.

Alfredo Castillo was arrested for the fourth time.

According to an arrest warrant, a woman says Castillo told her who to vote for and then illegally took her absentee ballot.

Castillo will be arraigned later today. He could accept a plea deal for all his charges next month.
