A Bridgeport police officer is on a mission to get local residents to trust their local police force.
Detective David Daniels, of the Bridgeport Police Department, wants a rapport to develop that could lead residents to stop being afraid of retaliation from criminals.
"We live in a city where 14-year-olds are getting killed and 3-year-olds are getting shot. Nobody should tolerate that and be quieted by fear," Daniels says.
