Bridgeport acted quickly to restore splash pads offering relief from the summer heat at Nob Hill Park.
The splash pads send water out of sprinklers after users press a trigger. Only one fountain was operating at Nob Hill Park's splash pad park.
City officials say the Department of Public Facilities, which manages the splash pads, fixed the sprinklers within hours of News 12 calling about the problem.
City officials say there could have been a problem with the pipes, which caused the sprinklers not to work.
