A Bridgeport group held an event over the weekend at Steele Point offering guidance and awareness for mental health ahead of World Mental Health Day.
The group is called Sawubona, which is Zulu for "we see you."
"We particularly are interested in using creative expressions to address trauma," said psychiatrist Dr. Charles Morgan.
Morgan says it is important to build awareness about mental health issues.
