Police in Norwalk say a Bridgeport man is being held on a $500,000 bond this afternoon for allegedly sexually assaulting two children a decade ago.
Police say 39-year-old Jose Cardenas was arrested this morning.
Investigators say they began investigating Cardenas in May after receiving a tip that he had assaulted the victims in 2006.
Cardenas is charged with four counts of sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
