Luis Hartwell, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged after police found drugs and guns in his possession.

Officers responded to the Bass Pro parking lot, where a Dodge Charger was doing donuts. When approached, police saw drugs in Hartwell's fanny pack.

A search of the vehicle yielded a loaded gun.

Hartwell is being held on $100,000 bond.
