A Bridgeport man who received a new kidney last year says his body is rejecting the organ.

Frank Reese, 60, says he also suffered an eye injury in July and had to have surgery for that.

He says he's run out of insurance coverage for his transportation back and forth to Yale New Haven Hospital.

Reese got $7,000 from a News 12 Connecticut viewer last year to help with his rent and medical expenses. He says the money's gone, so he's started a GoFundMe campaign.
