The sister of Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim is suing the city following a fall on a sidewalk along Courtland Avenue in 2022.
According to the complaint, Roseanne Ganim is suing for $15,000.
The complaint says she fell "violently" because of the "dangerous and defective condition of the ground," and that it's the city's responsibility to maintain the area.
