Breastfeeding Month by providing free resources to new and expecting moms.
A group of mothers had the chance to take part in some free
yoga and stroller exercises Friday, designed to benefit both their physical and
mental health.
The department was also providing resources about some of
the benefits for those moms who might not be sold on the idea of breastfeeding.
