A Bridgeport police officer is recovering this morning after the officer's police cruiser crashed into a building.
Police say the officer collided with another car near the intersection of Stratford Avenue and Carroll Street Tuesday.

News 12 Connecticut has learned the officer was taken to Bridgeport Hospital and was not seriously hurt.
