The Bridgeport Public Education Fund and Fairfield County's Community Foundation hosted the 30th Inspiration Awards on Wednesday at the Trumbull Marriot.

The event honored educators from the Bridgeport's Public School District.

A total of 12 educators were awarded for their impact to the community and excellence in teaching.
