Snow and rain couldn't keep Bridgeport from continuing its First Night events Saturday.

Many of the events for Bridgeport's first-ever First Night are being held indoors due to the weather. For the event, ice sculptors created works of art while members of Party Hats organized supplies for both the young old. And over at Flexitoons, puppeteers warmed up for their big show.

The First Night events are being held throughout the downtown area. The Bridgeport Transit Authority is providing two buses that will circle to all of the 17 performance venues throughout the night.
