An assisted living home in Norwalk has raised a Purple Flag after being recognized for excellence in dementia care.
Bridges by EPOCH has received Purple Flag approval from the Connecticut Assisted Living Association.
Purple Flag honors are given to senior living homes with best practices in memory care.
"We pride ourselves on the care that we provide for our residents and enhancing their lives everyday so to be accredited through the Connecticut Assisted Living Association is just one more thing for us to prove what we are doing here," said Addie Ricci, executive director at Bridges by EPOCH.
EPOCH Senior Living also received the accreditation for its senior homes in Trumbull in Stamford.
