WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

- It will be bitterly cold, breezy under a mostly clear sky during the overnight. Any untreated surfaces will refreeze. Black ice is a concern for Monday morning.
- A brighter, brisk and less harsh on President' Day. Highs in the 30s and 40s.
- It stays dry, cold and calm through the first half of the week. Rain-snow mix and wind returns Thursday into Friday.
