Tenants in a Creston Avenue apartment building woke up Wednesday to no heat and leaks throughout the building.

The residents say they have been dealing with an ongoing boiler problem and the landlord hasn?t been around to fix it. The superintendent of the building surveyed the water damage and admitted the broken boiler is what caused the leaks and heat problems. According to the superintendent, the boiler should be fixed by Wednesday afternoon, which will restore the heat and hot water.

Meanwhile, tenants still complain that their landlord only comes around to collect the rent each month. They add the landlord is never around when they need him.
