A bus driver turned herself in to police Monday and is now charged in connection to a crash in Torrington that killed a motorcyclist.

Police say an arrest warrant was issued for Lisa Krulicki, 63. She is charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to yield while making a left turn.

Police say Krulicki was operating an Allstar Transportation school bus on Torringford Street near Greenwoods Road on Sept. 21 of last year at around 6:15 a.m.

They say she took a left turn in front of a motorcycle onto Greenwoods Road.

The driver of the motorcycle, 24-year-old Zachary Zecchin, died from injuries sustained in the crash.
