A Fairfield business owner criticized the bad publicity his store received following an appearance on CNBC's reality show "The Profit."
Host Marcus Lamonis looks to invest in struggling small businesses, but he eventually cut loose the Swanson Fish Market, operated by Gary Swanson and his family.
Swanson says a lot of the show's drama was fabricated to keep audiences hooked, and now business is sinking.
He says the negativity has sent the Swanson Fish Market's long-standing reputation reeling.
