The shooting death of a 19-year-old at a Bronx subway station has some residents questioning whether security cameras are needed.
Rayquon Story was killed and three others wounded Sunday during a shooting on the 5 train between stops. Police say the shooter exited the train at the Dyer Avenue station, which has no cameras. Story's uncle is outraged over the lack of cameras and doesn't understand why they are not in all subway stations. He's convinced that if there were cameras, his nephew's killer would be caught sooner.
However, some residents disagree. One resident says it's pointless to have cameras if there is no upkeep on them.
No arrests have been made in the fatal shooting.
