News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Michele Powers says to expect a wet start on Monday before conditions improve.
MONDAY: Areas of dense fog with rain showers. This will end between 12 and 2 p.m. and give way to some clearing. Winds light from the southeast until the rain ends. Then, it will come from the northwest. Highs near 60 or 65.
MONDAY NIGHT: Mainly clear. Lows in the 40s.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy and breezy from the NW (gusts in the 25-35 mph range). A shower is not ruled out. Highs will be in the mid to upper-50s.
WEDNESDAY: Sunny and still breezy from the northwest with 25-30 mph gusts. Warmer than Tuesday. Highs around 60 degrees.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny and milder. Highs will be around 70 degrees.
FRIDAY: Developing clouds and very warm. Highs will be in the 70s.
WEEKEND: Tracking a storm system with spotty showers, storms and possibly solid periods of rain. I expect impacts to be relatively low, but it will alter outdoor plans. Saturday looks to be wetter than Sunday at this time. Highs in the 60s.
