A car fire snarled traffic on I-95 in Norwalk Wednesday. 
The fire happened in the right lane just between exits 16 and 17 southbound around 5:40 a.m.
Department of Transportation cameras captured the moment the car burst into flames. 
The video shows the driver of the vehicle get out of the car after pulling over to the shoulder. 
The car burst into flames and then became fully engulfed before the Norwalk Fire Department arrived on scene.
The fire was extinguished quickly and no injuries were reported. 
Traffic was reduced to one lane but eventually all three lanes were restored and traffic continued to move around 6:30 a.m.
