Disturbing video released out of Florida after a teacher is caught on camera trading candy for kisses inside his elementary school classroom.
Prosecutors charged Brian Kornbluth, 28, with two counts of Battery, one for kissing a boy and the other for kissing a girl.
According to his attorney, the incident was taken out of context as Kornbluth had an outside relationship with the victims' family.
Kornbluth was sentenced to a year probation.
