Apple Pie Tacos
Ingredients:
Tacos
1 pkg small flour tortillas or 1 pkg large tortillas
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 cup sugar
2 TBS cinnamon
Method for tacos:
mix sugar and cinnamon on plate
heat oil until hot
use small flour tortillas or large and cut into circles
have ready plate with paper towel
Taco Shells:
put two tortillas in fry pan at a time. As they get some color
take tongs and fold over and hold.
Once a bit browned, place on paper towel to drain for about 10 seconds
And then, with tongs, dredge the taco in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
On an upside cupcake tin, place tacos between the cupcake holders to dry until
ready to fill
