Chef Fausto, from Mix Creative Kitchen in Greenwich, shares one of his bestselling items: a balsamic chicken.
Ingredients:
2lb Chicken breast
1 tbl of salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup EVOO
½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbl garlic
1 tbl of parsley
1 tbl Oregano
1 tbl Dijon Mustard
Procedure:
Toss all ingredients with the chicken and let marinate for at least two hours.
Heat up 1 tsp of oilve oil in a pan, seared both sides of the chicken breast at high heat (2-3 minutes each side). Transfer to baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400 for 15-20 mins. (until internal temperature reaches 165).
