BBQ Rub
1 cup Hungarian Paprika 1 cup
1/2 cup Dark Chili Powder
1 1/4 cups Mortons Kosher Salt
2 tbsp Ground Corriander
1/2 cup Granulated Garlic
1 cup Sugar (regular)
2 tbsp Curry powder
2 tbsp Colemans Dry mustard
1 cup Coarse black pepper
2 tbsp Cumin
Directions:
Mix everything together and store in a food-safe container.
