This week, Chef Jason Sobocinski from Bear’s Smokehouse in New Haven shows Tina Redwine how to make Beer cheese.
Beer Cheese
8 oz brown beer
2 lbs sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Bears Rub
Directions:
Cut Cheese into 1 inch cubes
Add cheese to food processor, slowly add beer allowing it to emulsify
Once fully emulsified add mustard and rub and mix thoroughly
