Directions:
Pre heat oven to 320 degrees
Season meat
Place fat side up into roasting pan uncovered for 15 min/lb.
Ex 4lb roast in for 1hr
Finish Temp = 155 degrees
Remove from oven and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
