Chef’s Quick Tip: Chicken Fajitas

shows how to make chicken fajitas.
4 6” flour tortilla
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1-pound chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2 cups of assorted sweet peppers (red, orange and yellow)
1 cup sliced red onions
Salsa and sour cream for garnish
Salt and pepper for seasoning
2 tbsp of cilantro
Cheese for garnish (optional Monterey Jack and Cheddar)
Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat cook chicken breast until no longer pink and golden brown for 10 mins. Add onions and peppers, cook for about 1 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and Cilantro, taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Divided mixture into 4 and filled the tortilla. Serve immediately. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
