Chef's Quick Tip: Chocolate covered rice krispie stars

Chocolate covered Rice Krispies stars
12 Serving
3 tablespoons butter
1 package of marshmallows
6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
Method

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat and add the marshmallows. Stir until it is melted and remove from heat.
Add cereal and stir until it is coated with melted marshmallow. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press onto pan coated with cooking spray. Let It cool, and then cut into desired size or shape. You can use a star cookie cutter, or any shape you desire. Press down on Rice Krispies sheet and put aside to be ready to dip.
