Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 whole lemon zest
pinch of salt
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir it over medium low heat. Continue to stir until the majority of cranberries have popped and you get a cohesive sauce that starts to thicken.
