Chef Eric, from Peaches restaurant in Norwalk, shares how to make homemade mac and cheese in five minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup American cheese
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese
- salt & pepper TT
Procedure:
In a sauté pan, pour heavy cream, and cheeses. cook till cheese is melted, add pasta of choice, then salt and pepper to desire taste. this recipe can be done with any desire cheeses.
