-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
-3 oz fine diced sun-dried tomato
-4 cloves of roasted garlic, mashed
- 1 1/2 lbs ricotta
-1/4 lb of caramelize onions, find ice
roast the the garlic in EVOO for 30 min -Caramelize the onions in a small amount of olive oil salt and pepper until browned -Once the garlic mashed with a fork -Wait till the onions are cooled -Combine all the ingredients thoroughly
