This week, Chef Adrianna Robles of Good Morning Cupcake shows Tina Redwine how to make sweet treats. 
 
Pineapple Curd
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 tsp (5 g) corn starch
4 tbsp (56.5 g) unsalted butter
Method:
1. Whisk sugar into the egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. On high speed, beat the mixture until stiff glossy peaks for about Place all the ingredient in a sauce pot. Make sure to whisk everything together through it. Boil the mixture until it becomes thick. Make sure to consistently whisk the mixture around so it does not burn. Cool the curd completely before filling cupcakes.
