Rib Roast
Prime Rib
Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 500 degrees
Season meat in Baking Dish
Place in oven uncovered for 30 minutes
Turn oven to 200 degrees for 10 min/lb. (Ex 8lb. roast = 1 hr. 20 min.)
Remove from oven and let stand for 30-40 minutes.
Finish Temp = 125 degrees (Ex 8lb roast in for 1hr 40 min. tips down)
