Thai Watermelon Salad
Ingredients:
watermelon
mint
thai basil
olives
radish
tomatoes
feta
cucumbers
For the dressing:
lime juice
fish sauce
sambal
grated ginger
sesame oil
garlic
Method:
For the dressing, grate some ginger into sesame oil, add a little bit of garlic, a teaspoon of fish sauce, some lime juice, and sambal. Mix it all together
Cut up watermelon, tomato, cucumber, add some watermelon radish, a little bit of olives, and feta cheese.
Put a little bit of the dressing on top, and add Thai basil
