Chef Gerry, from The Gingerman Restaurant in Greenwich, shares how to make one of his best-selling appetizers: tomato bruschetta.

Flatbread can be bought at local super market 
Just brush with olive oil and grill it and add tomatoes, parmesan cheese, ricotta pesto and buratta .
