Chef's Quick Tip: Tuna Melt

Tuna Melt Club
•12 slices of Rye bread or any of your choice
•4 5oz cans of solid tuna in water (drained)
•1 medium red onion cut in small diced
•1 cup of celery cut in small diced
•6 slices of Swiss cheese or any cheese of your choice
•Salt and pepper for seasoning
•¼ of mayo of your choice 
Divide bread into 4 (3 slices each). Combine tuna, onions, celery and mayo in a medium bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Spread tuna mixture onto 1 slice of bread, place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top, cover with another slice of bread and repeat. Please your club sandwich in a panini press or oven at 350 degrees until bread is golden brown and cheese melted. Remove slice in half and serve immediately with a side of fresh fruit salad of your choice. Makes 4 servings
Chef’s Note: 
You can substitute:
·         Chicken or salmon for tuna 
·          Add Tomatoes and avocado to your sandwich
·          or a side salad for the fruit salad
