Ingredients
½ cup diced Ahi tuna Sashimi
1/8 cup of diced red onion
½ tsp cilantro
¼ avocado sliced thin
Pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper
Squeeze bottle with ¾ soy sauce ¼ olive oil
Directions:
Micro greens or thin fried potato’s
Mix tuna, onions and cilantro in a mixing bowl add salt and pepper. Lightly add the olive oil and soy sauce mixture to the ingredients. Place a 3 “ cylinder mold in the center of your plate and add this mixture. Garnish with avocado and micro greens/potato’s. Remove ring
