Hemp Tabouli:
1c Hemp Seeds
1 Tomato, diced
1/8 Onion, fine diced
1T Olive Oil
1T Lemon Juice
1t Salt
Handful Parsley, chopped
4 leaves Peppermint, chopped
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
