Whole Beef Tenderloin
Pre Heat oven to 500 degrees
Season meat in Baking Dish
Place in oven uncovered for 30 minutes
Do not open oven door
Turn off oven and leave in for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
Finish Temp=125 degrees
