Chef Nancy, from the Gracious Gourmet in Bridgewater, shares how to make a healthy, but really tasty parfait.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of The Gracious Gourmet Rosemary Pear Spread (or jam or marmalade of your choice)
¾ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (either 4%, 2% or fat free)
2 tablespoons granola
Procedure:
Put The Gracious Gourmet Rosemary Pear Spread (or the jam or marmalade of your choice) in the bottom of a small bowl. Spoon the yogurt on top. Sprinkle the granola over the yogurt.
Serves one
