This week, Geoff Lazlo of Greenwich Botanical Center shows Tina Redwine how to make fresh and bright seasonal summer dishes.
The flowers are nasturtiums. They enjoy full sun and will continue to flower for about 6 weeks. Both the leave and flowers are edible. Start them in late spring or early summer. They are started from seed and can be directly planted into the vessel or garden you want them to grow.
