Chef's Quick Tips: Table Salsa

 
Chef Dennis Lake of La Taqueria shows Tina Redwine how to make authentic Mexican dishes. 
Table Salsa 
Whole Tomatoes, 28 oz can
Charred, Roma Tomatoes
4 ea Red Onion, minced
1/4 cup Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 seeded, 1 ea Garlic Clove
1 ea Minced Cilantro
1/2 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
4 oz Ground Cumin
2 tsp Salt and pepper, t.t.
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and Combine all the ingredients and blend.  Season and refrigerate for service. Leave in some seeds for a spicier Salsa.
