The Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County celebrated the return of a beloved program on Thursday.
Anna Witkowski, the chief education officer of CLC, said the program is making a comeback for the first time since the pandemic.
The center is bringing back its volunteer reading program.
Seniors from Edgehill retirement community will visit preschool classes to read and play with the kids.
"It is magical to see the relationship, to see that interaction between our CLC preschool students and our friends from Edge Hill, it’s fun, they're learning without even knowing they're learning," said Witkowski.
