The city of Norwalk will enforce a zero tolerance speeding policy next week as part of a program called "Slow Down Days." Norwalk Mayor Dick Moccia says the biggest complaint he's heard since taking office is about people speeding. So beginning Monday, more police officers will be out on Norwalk streets issuing tickets. Residents are also expected to participate in the program by putting slow down signs in their front yards. Many residents say they're pleased that the city is stepping up to the plate.
