Warm weather lingers in Connecticut; cooler air arrives midweek
16ds agoClouds will linger for this morning, but the sun will quickly return during this afternoon. The winds will pick back up again, and we'll see winds stay between 10-15 mph in the afternoon.
Temperatures fall quickly tonight with lows in the upper 30s and low 40s.
Cooler weather will remain in place for Thursday. High temperatures will only be near 60 degrees. Expect to see 50s Friday and into the weekend.
The weather looks mostly dry through the next 10 days.
We are in need of rain as a moderate drought is still ongoing for portions of southern CT. Fall foliage colors are now moderate for most of western CT.
