The Coast Guard is searching for a possible missing person in the water off Norwalk. 

An anchored boat was struck by another boat off the coast of Manresa Island.

A fishing boat nearby saw the damage and called it in. 

Nobody was seen in distress in the water. The Coast Guard was out looking as a precaution.
