Commuter group calls for cities, towns to beautify their train stations

A local commuter group is challenging cities and towns to bring some beauty to local train stations.
The Darien Beautification Commission recently completed a major planting project at the Noroton Heights station.
The project was funded by a grant from the Commuter Action Group founded by longtime Darien resident Jim Cameron.
Cameron says the group is calling for other communities to help spruce up their stations, and then post pictures to his group’s social media pages.
